I got a friend that would join the RP

He's a veteran CBT player and a good guy, he's played RP's before


I told him I didn't think it would be a problem, that he could probably take over an existing abandoned character or role one up really quick?

What I was thinking....and since he only played a couple times it's not like there will be any personality shifts from someone new taking over



We'll see, maybe we get him on TS, maybe play some megamek or Netmek lol and go from there....he's sad he's going away where no one plays anything....and with the power of the Internet! HUZAH!



Also, it's kinda crazy that our group is literally half the world....I was listing the countries to him....


EDIT: also! He sold me a bunch of his PDF's some I've been looking for a while...one is the Mechwarrior PDF for the RP, pretty neat...

Nam - thats ok dude, get your personal stuff sorted its more important tHan roleplaying spess robot pilots on the internets. We ll still be here waiting once its all settled down. Really appreciate you letting me know though as it really helps me out manage it.

Everyone else - we have had a bit of a bad time with false starts etc. Im going to point everyone to this thread so we can hash out when the next session should go ahead so we can get the current arc completed and enjoyed. There was no game this weekend.. As Easter etc meant that im sure everyone would be eaten up by family things.

There are two new players, which will take over bran and shinzi. These are bil and yalks friend: im leaning towards giving Bill shinzi as he did ask first I just forgot, but we will see.

The problem is Bill you might have ti play Shinzi for the short term because of where we are. There is very little way i can wing in new pilots for at least one month in game time, so for a few sessions you can deal.

As for the new guy, if he is prepared to take up namarahs character he can pretty much jump right in.

If both him and bill are in agreement, i can set a preliminary game time for 24th May to finish off the current arc. The session will start an hour earlier to allow this.

Sorry for the sporadic sessions. The game isnt dead, far from it, but between iaido gradings and having to make sure my house actually contains anything for when these nigs come to visit for Operation No(All) Fucks Given, I've fallen off the internet again.

me and Zwei havnt even been having our usual bu.... game fun

My friend is good with either Shinzi or Bran...the best thing about Shinzi is we literally know nothing about him since he was never really played

He plays Ghost bear and...Rasalhauge? I think...

This weekend I am probably going to do more for the house as it needs painted, and im utterly knackered after putting in 45 hours of swords in the last two weeks that i dont feel mentally up to running a 5 hour rp session.

Next weekend ill be much more prepared to run it. There isnt really much of a reason outside of that. I thought of running it, but there is a high chance that i might have to cancel based on what my dad does as hes coming down to help out.
