Guilty of having me re-invest some time in the game. I really like the re-work of everything, sure some things are imbalanced but that's what makes it fun. The joy I get using AC weapons now is comparable to a baby otter cracking open his first clam.

mmmm.. UAC's.

The new HUD looks pretty on the static stuff, but the crosshair and that isn't clear enough. I lose it constantly in the heat of battle and have to take a moment to find it. New loadouts makes it a bit fresh. Solitaire is nice, though the wafer thin armour is a bitch.

All in all though, I like it more than the last version. So it's alright. Not going to dedicate my life to it or anything.

They are perfect IF you can get them on target. Blew a Corsair out of the air in one salvo to the cockpit yesterday with the UAC10, but it all comes down to getting it on target.

We could put 16 on a Timby. I don't know any mech that can carry more, though.

The 6 LBX5 warhawk is hilarious good fun against ASF....like dove shooting or skeet depending on the pilot

No because the recycle is now good enough that could could constantly wail on them at 1200 meters, shotling gun becomes reality.

I don't like the new HUDs though, at all sad smiley. Nothing about it. Except the new damage display of Mechs may be (new colour coding, thicker bars and black background of bars makes it more clear).

I quite like them. It's a nice change up and adds some flavour to the different assets.

For me at least.

I enjoy the HUD

It adds to the sim feel...but it's really hard to read, seems like just a taaaaaad too many added do dahs that are functionless

Problem is they were never meant to be functionless.

Internal Damage and EM Interference was meant to make it in as part of gameplay.

But it does lack some contrast. Especially the crosshair part. On mechs at least. I haven't had a problem in vehicles.

Your forgetting the free reticle that doesn't really seem to work.


But alarge number of LBX2 over 2 LBX20 is fire rate LBX20 though will probably blow whole chunks away would be like Blomp!......................Blomp!.......................Blomp!....... each time dealing up to 40 damage.

but having say 20 LBX2 would be like Sploodge! Sploodge! Sploodge! Sploodge! Sploodge! Sploodge! Sploodge! Sploodge! Sploodge!

Both get ups dealing the same amount of damage but with LBX2s you would sploodge a mech to bits in a few seconds.

well i thought the whole point of the free reticle was to be able to aim separately with you arms while torso weapons fire upon the point of the crosair, except it doesn't do that all it seems good for is involuntarily writing wubed up frown faces on what happens to be in front of where you are facing.

The storm crow and other mechs being broken and not converging correctly...seems they fixed them

Ah, you mean like in MWO or AT1. Yeah, MWLL's free reticle is different, but it was presented to us this way already when they released the first preview of it.
