problem on I think alpha purtech server

theres some guy rambling on in the puretech server i think he may be drunk i donno if he's really a nuicane or what but he keeps rambling on about something in all chat. i think his name had the word Falcon in it.

As long as he doesn't spam the chat, I don't see a problem. There are no rules against rambling while drunk.
