Well, last time we played, we were on several servers since there were complete clusterfucks in population.

Haven't checked out the names yet, I'll join wherever, but I prefer EU ofc.

New Anti Vehicle turret for engineer, you can ditch your HA now I guess


boy, sure wish that other class that is useless would get a new toy...maybe one that would fill up the COMPLETELY FUCKING EMPTY UTILITY slot it has....


EDIT:

Apparently its "wire guided" so you can lead it too the target and around corners etc...shoots every 6 sec and can be certed to shoot every 4.3 sec

no shield though

I might even get this considering my Carbine transfers over and now I can have something to fight vehicles at range with

The shield never did anything any way. the MG turret was handy to suppress and to defend a place without using up ammo but had a limited arc. I only ever really used it as a blockade any how. it was handy at taking down ESF if they where within fire arc.

but the AV turret will come in handy.. deploying it on a ridge with a number of other people then fire away and guide it to the target sounds a fine way to say fuck you to those pesky Fag-riders as well as lightnings.

I'd be cautious about buying it though, reading about it it seems OP something fierce....so they will probably nerf it


apparently it takes half health off a ESF or 1/3 armor off a tank.....4 shots a sundy


but it will explode in a single hit from a lighting....



I just want them to give me something as LA damn it....like a hand thrown NARC beacon from BT, all tha missles...I call thee

As it should be Troop carried anti armour missile systems are meant to blow up a tank or lighter armour in one or two hits, they would be useless other wise just thing of the Javelin or a Stinger site.

Not only that I hope they keep it powerful as it would be good to have some Infantry equipment to FEAR while your in a vehicle rather than "pfft its just a pesky man" and AT mines are bull shit so don't mention them.

And as for people bitching and winging about how weak the Lightning is its because its a LIGHT TANK!

Its suppose to swarm and rush enemy positions and you have a surplus supply of the damn things unlike MBT what are big and powerful but are vulnerable on their own.

If you have a couple of Prowlers being escorted by a pack of Lightings the havoc you can cause is huge!

I just know they like to sell lots of something then balance it when sales drop off....



I want ENG to be able to deploy low forcefields to hide behind....then a squad of ENG could actually make a stand in the middle of nowhere


3-4 MANA turrets
3-4 AV Turrents
2-3 "sandbag" forcefields
couple of snipers and maybe a HA or two

instant fortification



Then LA could have the job of destroying all that shit...

my response to that on the forum was to point out the fact that the populations not balanced unless TR have both NC and VS population combined due to them rarely attacking each other and only TR.

I also told those complaining to Deal with it.
