Map voting system - Possible problem?

Ok, I just tried to connect to Funbox Alpha, and that's what I got.
Map version differs from server. Yep, TC_Deathvalley, stock map. So I checked my files, and nope, they are ok.
Opened console, and saw this:



Then, when I noticed that players started to move on FB Beta, I asked them why did they move, and, as you see in the chat log, they had the same problem.

so, I guess that should be a server problem...
